Rachel uses Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and a Psychodynamic Therapy approach based on client needs. She additionally weaves in anxiety reduction techniques and mindfulness interventions in client sessions to enhance coping skills to best navigate adaptation to change.
